If you're thinking of selfbuilding or you're considering extending or renovating your home our experts can offer practical advice to ensure that you are prepared to deal with planners, architects, builders and subcontractors.

Our courses are run in conjunction with Homebuilding & Renovating magazine and tutors include

Mark Brinkley (builder and author of The Housebuilder’s Bible),
David Snell (serial selfbuilder and author of Building Your Own Home),
Homebuilding & Renovating edior Michael Homes,
planning expert Ken Dijksman, and
landscape specialist and garden designer Adam Frost (well known for his work with Geoff Hamilton & Bunny Guiness).

The courses take place at various locations around the UK and are usually held in hotels with conference facilities. We limit the numbers attending so that all attendees can find time to talk individually with the tutors.

Our tutors have many years experience or running training courses to help selfbuilders work more efficiently and cost-effectively.

All delegates receive a certificate of course completion which many include in their mortgage application.
